Ombudsman to prosecute Health Minister?

The national ombudsman, Janusz Kochanowski, has asked for the prosecution of Health Minister Ewa Kopacz over the way the government has handled the swine flu epidemic and access to vaccines for patients with the A/H1N1 virus.
