Gdansk pictures - the city looks amazing!

Gdańsk is almost half-milion population city. It is situated by the Baltic Sea. The city is modern and repidly developing, but it's cameral and quiet as well because of amazing Old Tow, historical houses by Motława river and wide, urban beaches. Gdańsk is the biggest harbour in Poland. It's a part of the Tri-city (Gdańsk - Sopot - Gdynia). There are many wonderful areas around Gdańsk like Hel Peninsula and Masurian Lake District. Lanscape create by the water - bays and pools - is typical for Gdańsk. The intresting thing is the 17th century Neptun monument standing in the center of the city / Shutterstock
