The plan, better known as the Morawiecki Plan, after deputy Prime Minister and Development Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, is roadmap to improve the Polish economy over the next couple of decades. The 87-person National Development Council was appoited in October by Polish President Andrzej Duda called to advise and assist with “strategic solutions”. Its first meeting was on Monday.
